Embedding delivery squads to support Digital Transformation
As a customer owned mutual bank boasting over 270,000 customers, Greater Bank set out on a digital transformation to bring new digital products and services to their shareholders.
As part of the digital transformation Greater Bank wanted to improve experiences and interactions customers have with the Bank. To enable this Greater Bank elected to replace their existing home grown core banking platform with one offered by a third party.
In replacing the core banking platform Greater Bank also needed to uplift or replace their existing online banking site, mobile banking applications and lending platforms that all interfaced with their core banking platform.
