We worked with Sarah from The Music Bus to identify personas, pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience.
The key objective was to measurably improve sales for The Music Bus, through integrating bookings into the new website.
Based on the Key Objective we use rapid sketching and Axure Prototyping as our primary method of wireframing. Our approach was to provide relevant information at the right time for our target audiences, parents and principals.
We used their new branding to create a new digital style guide. Photos are used extensively and purposefully to show the inside of the bus and the experience for students.
It's a spacious design with room for content to breath, this allows us to lead and prompt our audience to the relevant call to actions.
