Content Hub and UX Research Project
The Newcastle Permanent wanted to improve their online experience and raise their brand awareness. Mudbath approached these objectives by doing a UX research project and creating an advice based content site.
We performed a baseline study and a competitor analysis on the Perm’s current campaign pages, product pages, inquiry process, and navigation across both desktop and mobile devices. This information was then used to create an executive summary which guided the development of prototypes, which were user tested to validate our finding.
The Content Hub provides articles on customer case studies, how-to guides, videos, industry news, and expert blogs. The aim is to inform, to entertain and to connect the audience with the later intent of converting them into customers.
