Increasing Greater Bank’s capacity

Greater Bank came to Mudbath looking to increase velocity in their transformation across three major applications, Online Banking, Mobile Banking and lending platform.

The ask was to increase capacity within their existing team and work collaboratively with their product, design and development teams to help deliver their digital transformation on time and budget.

Embedding Mudbath squads in the Greater Delivery teams

Firstly Mudbath provided squads to work in the Greater delivery teams across Online Banking, Mobile Banking and lending. Two Mudbath squads took up work on Online Banking and Mobile Banking delivering features for customer web and mobile applications, CRM integration, customer statements, open banking, New Payments Platform, customer alerts, and customer to staff secure messaging.

Another two squads worked with the lending team to deliver enhancements to Greater Bank existing Lending Origination systems and the integration with the new core banking platform.

Mudbath also worked to support all streams of work in service design consultation and business analysis in wholistic service design, batch processing analysis, customer communications.

Mudbath principal architects worked to support teams and ensure velocity by providing agile delivery coaching, solutions architecture advice, team structure support.
